Le complexe propose une piscine immense pour se détendre et profiter du soleil, avec un accès direct depuis certaines chambres. De plus, les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et offrent un espace privatif pour plus d'intimité. Le personnel est souriant et se montre attentif aux besoins des clients. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec un grand choix de plats savoureux.
La restauration sur place laisse à désirer, avec des repas buffet de qualité inférieure à celle attendue d'un hôtel de ce niveau. Les plats sont parfois froids et le choix est limité.
